Projects
Contained on this page is a (noncomprehensive) list of the things I have done/made/wrote/ect over the course of my existence. I hope you enjoy the weird little things I make from time to time. If you would like to use any of this, fair use information is stored at the bottom of the page.
Active
Disunion Media Group:
A central name I now use to sort all of my ongoing digital projects under. Includes the Disunion{TV} and Disunion channels.
Completed
Jarvis:
A very simple virtual assistant I made in 2013 after watching Iron Man 3. This was my first real foray into programming full applications. The name is very original. Feature complete and shut down in September 2013.
Marvin:
Second generation virtual assistant I created as a replacement of Jarvis after watching The Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy in late 2013. This VA was able to interact with other programs on the computer and execute hotkeys, such as pausing music in Windows Media Player. The name is once again very original. Feature complete and shut down in January 2014.
Telos:
A scuttling program I wrote in case of my death. The program listens for a heartbeat signal that I send once every day. If this signal is not detected for a prolonged period of time, Telos will automatically send a link to designated surviving family to gain temporary access to my digital files and accounts. After this link is sent, my family has a set amount of time to decide what to do with the data. After the timer runs out, my computers will be automatically factory wiped and accounts deleted if no action is taken. Deployed July 2015 and is still in operation.
CISCO Live:
A streaming group set up for a couple of friends and I to jointly collaborate. This idea has been folded into Disunion Media Group.
Osirus:
A program I made for image recognition in early 2017. Was eventually folded into Atlas and Ivo.
Ivo:
A sixth generation VA created in April 2018 with automatic image and speech recognition capabilities. Feature complete and retired in May 2018.
Atlas:
A seventh generation VA created in June 2018. Uses the same base code as Ivo, with the ability to audibly respond using text to speech and full integration with other computers. Atlas can perform home automation tasks such as remotely bootingt devices and launching applications using voice commands. Atlas can also use facial, fingerprint, and voice print recognition to lock commands for nonauthorized users.
Terminated
State of Disunion:
A satirical news program before they were cool. Ran for three episodes. Terminated due to lack of motivation from other participants.
